The property's prime location near the local borgo allows easy access to the estate’s office and wine cellars, yet its position on the estate's secluded western side ensures total privacy. Guests can soak in the breathtaking scenery typical of the Tuscan countryside—rolling vineyards, historic bell towers, and expansive plains leading to the distant Monti Pisani hills.

Outdoors, Teto features a beautifully blossomed garden that invites relaxation and a charming pergola ideal for al fresco dining while enjoying the peaceful ambiance. The garden setting provides a picturesque backdrop for both leisure and entertainment.

Inside, Teto has been thoughtfully furnished in a tasteful country style that complements its rural surroundings. Each bedroom offers the comfort of a private bathroom and features beautifully restored wood flooring, adding to the home’s rustic charm.

For added convenience, the English-speaking management is on hand to assist with any needs, including arranging guided tours of the surrounding areas or organizing cooking services for an additional fee. Guests also have the exclusive opportunity to purchase locally produced white and red D.O.C. wines and extra-virgin olive oil, acclaimed as some of the best in the Lucca region.

Ground floor: Entrance; double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (Jacuzzi bath and separate shower); double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower only), opening on to a small terrace; single bedroom (more suitable for a teen ager).
First floor: sitting room; double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath and separate shower); twin bedroom; bathroom (shower only).

Damage deposit: 1.000 Euro

Maid service is included 6 hours a week.
