This small stone house with breathtaking views over Lake Trasimeno and Mount Amiata is situated above the picturesque village of Passignano.
A private pool (10 x 5 metres) will be built in autumn in the garden and will be ready for the 2018 season. For spring and autumn, the stove in the living room is perfect for chillier evenings and central heating is available as well.
The property is in a very quiet location and the 7'000 m2 garden with olive grove is ideal for children.
The new decor is a blend of modern and old. It mixes wonderfully with the traditional features of the house such as terracotta floors and wooden beams.
The beautiful kitchen is well appointed (dishwasher, etc.) and a dream for the guests who enjoy cooking.
The terrace is covered with a pergola for sun protection and is equipped with an outside kitchen with barbecue.
