Casa Montefalco is a recently renovated country house for 9 people in a central location in Umbria on a hill. From the spacious and covered terrace and the beautiful private pool you have a wonderful view over the valley of Montefalco.

The holiday home is part of a larger stone house in which other neighbors live on the front side. The garden, the pool and the terrace are completely private.

At the front of the house is a 20 m² terrace, a large part of which is covered and gives access to the kitchen. This terrace has an outdoor kitchen with grill and plancha.

Private pool (4 x 10 m - depth 1.20 m. To 1.40 m.) With beautiful sun loungers and parasols.

The property of the holiday home is closed with an entrance gate.

On the ground floor you will find a very well equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, combi oven, 5-burner gas stove, large refrigerator and Nespresso coffee machine). From the kitchen you have direct access to the covered terrace with a large garden table and chairs. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and separate freezer. Large and pleasant dining room and living room with sitting area, fireplace, satellite TV and table football. This room can be made wheelchair accessible, making the ground floor suitable for wheelchair users. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with 3 single beds and a bathroom with shower. Separate toilet.

There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor: A master bedroom with a king-size box spring bed and a spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub. This bedroom has its own terrace with breathtaking views. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with a double bed. These last 2 bedrooms share a separate bathroom with shower and toilet.
