The Gudiolo, a very charming holiday home in Umbria, is located above the small hamlet of San Giovanni del Pantano.

The tower and the main house, dating from the 15th century, are located in a landscape of old olive trees and offer a breathtaking view of distant fields and valleys.

The house is spacious and flooded with light. In the living room there is always a cool breeze through the open doors that lead to the garden and the tower. The kitchen is fully equipped with an adjoining dining room and a pergola with a large table for 10 people. A variety of outdoor seating areas surround the home, providing privacy and tranquility. A loggia on the tower provides a relaxing place to watch the sunset.

The private salt water pool (10 x 5 meters) is on a lower level and is surrounded by a large terrace with sun loungers and a pergola for shade.

You will also find a grill, pizza oven and firewood, games and books. The owner can also arrange additional services such as a private chef. Babysitter, massages...

Antognolla Castle, just 1.5 kilometers away, overlooks the 18-hole golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones J.

2 child-friendly guard dogs (Maremmano) live on the property; should it bother you, you can also stay with the caretaker during your stay, who live not far from the holiday home and are available for any help; they are happy to cook for you.
