Casa Campori is a charming villa located in the Umbrian countryside, set high above a small village near the border with Tuscany. The property enjoys spectacular views across Lake Trasimeno and towards Monte Amiata, offering a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature.

The villa is situated on a private estate of approximately 7,000 m² with its own olive grove and plenty of space to relax. In late October guests can experience the traditional olive harvest and see how organic cold-pressed olive oil is produced.

The private swimming pool is one of the highlights of the property. The pool measures 10 x 5 metres and is heated from Easter until the end of October, allowing guests to enjoy swimming for much of the year. From the pool area there are beautiful views over the surrounding countryside and Lake Trasimeno. An outdoor shower provides additional comfort on warm days.

Inside, the villa combines traditional elements with carefully selected decorative pieces from around the world. Terracotta floors and wooden beam ceilings reflect the typical style of the region, while unique pieces such as a Moroccan lamp above the dining table and a cabinet from India add character to the interior.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a high-quality La Germania gas stove, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine.

On the shaded terrace with pergola guests will find a well-equipped outdoor kitchen with barbecue, sink, pizza oven and a Forge gas plancha, perfect for preparing meals and enjoying outdoor dining.

For cooler evenings the living room features a wood-burning stove, with firewood provided. The house also has central heating.

Thanks to its elevation of about 410 metres above sea level, the nights remain pleasantly cool even during the hottest summer months. In addition, the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning for extra comfort.
