After about one kilometre along a gently winding gravel road through Mediterranean scenery, Casa Campori comes into view. The arrival itself feels special – and then comes that moment: Lake Trasimeno lies at your feet, wide and calm, almost like a bay of the Mediterranean.

This panorama accompanies your entire stay. It is not just the view, but the feeling of space, silence and authenticity that makes this place so unique. The air is filled with rosemary and wild herbs, the sunlight bathes the landscape in warm tones – and suddenly time seems to slow down.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped, including a gas stove, dishwasher and Nespresso machine, offering everything needed for shared cooking experiences.

For cooler evenings, a wood-burning stove and central heating are available.

Casa Campori is set at around 410 metres above sea level, above a small village near the Tuscan border. The elevated position ensures pleasantly cool nights even during the height of summer.

The approximately 7,000 m² property with its own olive grove offers plenty of privacy. In autumn, guests can experience the olive harvest and gain insight into the production of cold-pressed olive oil.
