The holiday home offers Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the bedrooms. The outdoor areas are inviting and well-maintained. A lovely loggia in front of the living room invites you to enjoy cozy outdoor meals and features a grill and a wood oven. A small staircase leads to the sun terrace and the large panoramic saltwater pool (7x14 m; depth: 1.40 m) with Roman steps and a changing room with shower. A shaded loggia next to the pool is perfect for relaxing.

Thanks to its central location, the house is an ideal starting point for excursions to Umbria's main attractions, including Perugia, Assisi, Deruta with its ancient ceramic workshops, and Todi with its medieval old town. Grocery stores and restaurants are only 2 km away, Perugia is 13 km away, and Assisi is 16 km away. Lake Trasimeno is 30 km away.
