Set amidst the greenery of the Umbrian hills, in the mid-Tevere Valley area, the Villa Boucher Winery offers panoramic views over the heart of Italy. The winery spans 65 hectares, with 6.5 hectares dedicated to viticulture. Benefiting from a favorable microclimate, the vineyards produce high-quality grapes that are turned into exceptional wines.

The various grape varieties are hand-harvested and vinified separately to achieve the best quality. The resulting wines have a strong personality, great structure, and long lifespan, with the red wines particularly suitable for extended aging.

Although Villa Boucher represents a niche in the world of wine production, it aims to be accessible to all wine enthusiasts who value local products.

The large living area on the ground floor is very bright during the day and is illuminated by a subdued light in the evening; open kitchen. guest toilet.

On the 1st floor there are 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with stunning views of the valley and vineyards.

2 further double rooms, each with ensuite bathroom, are accessible from the outside, one on the ground floor, one on the 1st floor via an outside staircase.

The classic-modern ambience is kept in an elegant style.

Dependance: The annex has 2 apartments with an integrated kitchen. Both areas can be inhabited independently of each other.

From almost every window you have a 360° view of the entire region of Perugia. On a clear day you can also see the ancient castles of Todi. The silence and the foresight give a feeling of calm and balance.

The wine cellar was built under the dependance in 2021. It is used to present and store the wine bottles and gives guests the opportunity to do a wine tasting in the villa. A special place for a special occasion.
