Villa Alba is a spectacular property dating back to the 17th century. It is situated in the historical and picturesque town of Este, 30 minutes away from Padova and an hour from Venice. Being only a few hundred meter from the town centre, it is ideal for those looking to be able to walk to coffees, shops and restaurants and with no need to use the car. Furthermore the villa is ideally located for sightseeing : from Este train station there are trains and buses to Padova and Venice while just 8 Km away, from Monselice Train Station, there are express trains to Milan, Bologna, Florence and Rome .
Este is also perfectly placed to explore the National Park of the Colli Euganei, with its many hiking and cycling routes, and the Palladian and Venetian historical villas.
Despite being in the town, the property is surrounded by a : huge private park (approximately 3,5 hectares) and it includes a large main villa sleeping up to 16 people and a barchessa (historical annex) where there is a newly renovated apartment with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms all with en-suite bathroom - hosting up to 6 people – which can be rented at extra price. A particular feature is the 18th century pavilion used as a ballroom with its original furniture.

The timeless hospitable ambiance makes Villa Alba the perfect location for an unforgettable holiday. Almost all the large bedrooms of the main villa have their own bathroom, and three of them have air-conditioning. Please note that the bedrooms on the top floor are not as luxurious as the ones on the first floor thus more suitable for teenagers.

First Floor: Spacious living room with piano and card room; library; dining room; large kitchen; breakfast room; pantry; guest powder room with wash basin and toilet.
Second Floor: Large hall ; master bedroom with king size bed, air conditioning, dressing room and en-suite bathroom (bath), red double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom (bath) ; double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath); 1 twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath) and air conditioning; 1 twin bedroom with air-conditioning; 1 single bedroom;1 bathroom (bath). All twin bedrooms can be made as double.
Third Floor: 1 bedroom with twin beds and air conditioning, 1 single bedroom, 1 double bedroom with air conditioning; 1 bathroom (bath) one bathroom (shower).

Damage deposit: 1.500 Euro
Cleaning service is included in the rental 6 days per week. The staff prepares one meal a day, the staff is available to cook and serve additional meals at an extra cost .
