This small stone house in Umbria with breathtaking views over Lake Trasimeno and Mount Amiata is situated above the picturesque village of Passignano sul Trasimeno.
A private pool (10 x 5 metres) with salt water has been built right now in the garden.
The holiday home is in a very quiet location and the 7'000 m2 garden with olive grove.
