Villa Crotto is an exclusive holiday villa located in the picturesque town of Carate Urio, one of the most beautiful and tranquil spots on the western shore of Lake Como. This historic villa was meticulously restored in the summer of 2017 and transformed into a high-end design villa, offering the perfect blend of modern comfort and stylish living. The interiors are elegantly furnished with designer furniture and lighting from Flos, creating a chic and cozy atmosphere.

The villa boasts two beautiful gardens, one of which features a private heated pool (6 x 2.5 meters), providing a serene retreat where you can relax while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Como. The spacious outdoor dining area offers a perfect setting for alfresco meals with breathtaking views of the shimmering lake.

Ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances such as a large oven and gas hob, fridge, freezer, professional ice machine, and countless possibilities for making coffee.

Dining room with adjoining wine cellar (in the ‘crotto’). A beautiful room with exposed rock walls, a huge dining table for 18 people, bio fireplace and wine storage behind a glass wall. Here you can enjoy the fantastic combination of modern design in an authentic structure.

From the entrance you have access to the guest WC.

First floor: Room 12: Double bedroom with French balcony, bathroom.

Second floor: living room with Apple TV, Sonos music system, Spotify and comfortable design couch where you can both listen to music and enjoy the view of the lake. There is also a balcony.

Room 21: Double room with private bathroom and lake view

Rooms 22-23-24: Three bedrooms from which an industrial staircase leads to a cosy loft with a luxurious double box-spring bed. All rooms have an en-suite bathroom. These rooms have access to a garden at the back of the house and are equipped with air conditioning.

All bedrooms can be arranged as double or twin rooms.
